Refund policy

For Italy, making a return of a product purchased at Segni Particolari Home is easy and above all free. Simply apply the waybill to the return package and a courier will collect it from you!

The customer has the possibility to return one or more products up to 30 working days after receipt of the goods.

The procedure is simple, write to servizioclienti@segniparticolarihome.it and communicate which products you want to return, we will immediately arrange the collection at your home.

 

For international shipments, the return is charged to the customer.
