Terms of service
To purchase one or more products from the sphome.it website, the customer must carry out the following steps:
1. Searching for categories or using the quick search, add one or more products to the cart, after shopping, proceed to check-out
2. Authenticate by entering e-mail and password, or, if you do not yet have an account, register to log in
3. Enter, if not already done, the shipping address (NB: inserting a telephone number is mandatory for any communications from the delivery service)
4. Specify whether the billing address is the same or if not, enter a different address; insert comments / notes if necessary
5. Choose the delivery method and accept the conditions of sale
6. Choose the method of payment and proceed to payment
The purchase will be confirmed by email at this point, in case of problems contact via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the payment method has been selected, Customers will have to proceed with the balance of the order in the manner provided.
With the sending of the order by the customer, the sales contract is formalized.
The customer can request the cancellation of the order by writing by e-mail to email@example.com, specifying:
Order reference code (found in the purchase confirmation email or in the "My account" section in the order history)
Name and surname
It is advisable to cancel the purchase as soon as possible as once the shipment has been made you will have to proceed with the return regulated by the return policy.
Shipment of the goods
The time for processing the order is 24h. If part of the ordered goods is not available in the warehouse due to logistical errors, written or telephone communication will be sent to the customer and the product will be replaced or refunded. The goods can be shipped throughout Italy with variable costs, methods and delivery times in relation to the type of shipment and the place of destination. For more information see the shipping page.
All products are packaged and shipped in the best way. Inside the package received, the customer will find a transport document which will list all the products in the order.
The customer has the possibility to return one or more products up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The procedure is simple, write to firstname.lastname@example.org and communicate which products you want to return, we will immediately arrange the collection at your home.
Refund of the order
Once the return has been received, we will proceed to the total of the returned products.
